very neat and clean rooms , location was very nice this property very closed to Visakhapatnam Railway station , staff and services are very good , good breakfast spread was served , overall stay was comfortable

Checkin process was ok and they also confirmed the booking before reaching the hotel ,staff were cooperative and given me the room which I chose .
